Ok i bought a wiimote and nunchuck on ebay. And i just paid for it. then i read it was 3rd party but i had to go into his account help and only then did it say it was 3rd party. THIS WAS NOT DOWN ON THE ITEM DESCRIPTION SO CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK AND NOT GET THE ITEM!!!!
Your failure to realize something that was stated in the item description may disqualify you from getting a refund. But you can go through Paypal and start an item dispute when you receive the item you might have to bend the truth a little bit. I reallly hope you used paypal to do your transaction. I
