How To Use Windows Startup Disk To Fix Startup Issues in Microsoft Windows XP?

search google
what cant startup
Put the disk in the computer while it is on. then restart the computer. watch for *Press any key...* thats when you press any key, if it does not show this at any point go into the setup (bios) usually press F1, F2, DEL, or Esc as you turn it on. go into starup setting, should be easy to spot, change the 1st from hard drive to cd drive and put hard drive on as the 2nd option. when you are done save and restart. now back to the other part... when you press any key, it should start loading the cd from there with a blue screen, at the bottom it shows what its loading, wait for it to finish. it will ask what you want to do. continue, at some point it shows some terms of service info press F8 to accept and continue. it will eventually give the option repair by pressing R. follow through with the installment and everything should be fine. if this does not work you MIGHT have to delete the partition instead of repairing..
