Online coupon printing?

Hi,

I have no difficulty printing online coupons with bar codes. When I try to print store coupons without a bar code they are faded when they print and are not usable. Can anyone tell me if there is a specific toolbar to down load; or is there something else that I should be doing?

Thanks

It may have something to do with the specific store coupons you are trying to print, or it may be your printer. If you print plain-text documents and the text looks faded, then your printer may be low on ink/toner, have a clogged print head (if inkjet), or may just have some setting messed up somewhere. To fix these issues (assuming inkjet), get new ink, then try a new print head (that's the thing that you put the ink cartridges into). You might also try contacting the printer manufacturer for help with resetting the printer to factory settings.

However, if the plain-text looks fine, it's probably just those specific coupons that come out faded. You might want to try copying them into Microsoft Word or into a graphic editing program, then adjusting the contrast and darkness before printing. Your printer may also have the ability to boost contrast & darkness (look for a "Preferences" or "Properties" button on the pop-up where you select the printer just before printing).

thats a printer issue
