How to make my Wireless Router Go Farther?

I have a comcast netgear wireless router. I need the network to reach farther across my house. What can I do? I do not want to get a new router.

I%26#039;m not 100% but I%26#039;m quite sure you can%26#039;t extend it because when you buy it there is a certain range it can reach. Mine covers the house, Garden and some of my neighbors house because I got a medium ranged one. I would try selling it then buying a better one.
