Switching broadband HELP!!!!?

I currently have BT broadband, and I've noticed a '12 month contract'. does this mean i cannot change my provider?

You have a 12 month contract with BT....you're stuck with them , if you want out you'll be charged a penalty, possibly the remainder of your contract fee?

REMEMBER if you want to change your ISP, get in touch with them b4 your 12 months are up and ask for your MAC code number, as you'll need that to go elsewhere.

If you dont get in touch with them then, they may sign you up for another 12 months

If you tell them you're thinking of changing , they may offer you a discount to stay with them???

You can use any provider you want, but you are still obligated to pay for the service, because you have a 12 month commitment.

you stuck with them as its a legal contracy only way out is to buy yourself out
